You get two small bottles of water for $17. They WILL charge you $17 for resort fee even though they literally have NO amenities!!! No pool open and no gym open. They know the signage is bad but have done nothing. If you are checking in for hotel DO NOT Park in garage! You can not get to front desk and they won't let you walk through casino with luggage. My second Horseshoe property in a week, what a disappointment! They are not ready to be open.
